Ordering the service is simple and straightforward. (TIP: Remember – the sooner we receive your order the earlier we get to you in the install queue!)

The process is as follows:

Complete the Online Checklist to ensure the service is suitable for your requirements and situation.

Download the Subscriber Agreement and Direct Debit Mandate . Print and Review these documents and return them signed to Digiweb, including the initial Equipment and Install fees (plus VAT) or details of payment arrangements (cheque or electronic funds transfer only accepted at this time).

If transferring from another operator please include connection fee.

Our Installer will contact you to conduct a pre-installation survey by telephone, and to arrange a convenient installation date. In cases of non-standard installation additional fees may apply which the Installer will advise you of, which are payable at time of installation.

In the case of transfers from another operator a site visit may be required to re-program your modem.



On the agreed day the Installer will deliver the Satellite Modem and Antenna hardware, install the equipment, activate your site, and test your modem is working correctly. Please note: Installation does not include any networking configuration - this must be undertaken by you or your network engineer/contractor.

Transfer customers can in most cases be activated remotely. A site visit may be required in some cases. This will be advised accordingly.
